"The return journey was particularly smooth and easy, with the text message service being reassuring and the driver calling to check the best pick-up place.
On the way there, there was a issue as I had no text confirmation and the driver was waiting in the wrong place. When I tried to call to check, it would ring and then be disconnected. This caused a slight panic that we would be late - I even called for an Uber to replace - but the driver had then parked and come up to the flat to find us, so all was good in the end!"
