"The process was very easy with booking online and the driver was early and professional. My only complaint (which is a quite a big one) is that the original booking was confirmed for £42 and then came through as £56. As the new booking came through less than 24 hours before my journey I had no time to try and find an alternative and felt forced to pay the higher price. Therefore I would be put off using the service again as you don’t know what you’re going to have to pay for your journey. "
